Shot with the Crookid9 crew and a few local riders yesterday.

Sunday the first Hood Rich Skate Comp took place, held by holla holla skates it was one of Utica’s most successful turn outs so far and proves that Utica’s skate scene is alive and def on a rise.

This year I had the great oppurtunity to shoot for The 1st annual Run to The Drums event held by Yacco Events. The event takes place during Utica’s Boilermaker road race and consist of 30 plus drummers full kit and  band,  the group gets down to some intense drumming and funky rhythms while pumping some major adrenalin into the runners as they make there way past South Utica. Let the pictures speak for there self when I tell you major adrenalin, you can really  see how the intense sound  boosts a second wind into the runners as they make there way through one of the most brutal road races in the world.

I would like to thank Kelly Yacco for bringing me on board it was a truly amazing experience and I hope to be involved in years to come.

A while back ago I entered a logo contest to design a logo for The Clink Room’s Taco Shop League, after weeks of great design submissions they gathered there judges and came up with the winners My logo was chosen by Sole Atl a boutique out of Atlanta becoming the #1 Draft pick of the league with that, Pollos Terrible was born. And now the wait is over. Here is a look, The detail that Plan B. has put into everything is beyond words,  from the packaging to every stitch. These guys are truly an amazingly great team, and I am honored to be part of the Clink Room.

Went out today after work to catch the end of a nice day, Took a drive up the road to the park behind the ski hill, and set up shop practicing some strobist lighting techniques. I found a nice trail and some great cover from the sun with just enough light slipping through. Heres the out come. ( ill be back to this spot for shure) Oh watch for Sasquatch at the end. Oh again, next time I wont forget the bug repellent.
